Role description

Responsibilities

Internal reporting
• Support in the preparation of internal management reporting.
• Prepare daily risk reports
• Attend weekly risk management meetings
• Fill-in for Middle Office manager when necessary
• Assist in Month End and Quarter End hedge accounting reports
Governance
• Support with the monitoring of compliance with the Commodity and Counterparty Risk Policy.
• Support with the monitoring of Commodity function KPIs.
• Support with the monitoring of variances between forecast and actual of commodity, exposures.
Commodity hedging
• Support in identifying forecasted commodity exposures.
Counterparty risk management
• Obtaining KYC documentation for new counterparties and proposed counterparty limits
• Support in monitoring counterparty credit exposures.
Internal reporting
• Support in the preparation of internal management reporting.
• Prepare daily risk reports
• Attend weekly risk management meetings
• Fill-in for Middle Office manager when necessary
• Assist in Month End and Quarter End hedge accounting reports

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in preferably Economics, Business Administration, Finance, etc;
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in banking or commodities trading
• Proactive and personal
• Enjoy working in teams
• Strong analytical, planning and mathematical skills;
• Highly meticulous with strong sense of urgency;
• Must demonstrate high level of initiative, accountability.
• Able to working fast-paced environment
